Website Design FAQs
There’s not one single answer to this question. Web design is usually quoted based on the needs of each individual project. Every website is unique and requires different components; we design and develop custom websites specifically for your small business. We’ll ask a lot of questions, assess your needs, and give you a quote based on that assessment. Most of our custom designed website start at $5,000, but can be more or less depending on needs.
For a basic five page website, we have an average turnaround time of 30 days. For the more complex sites, we shoot for a six to eight week turnaround, but the pace of any project is set by each client. How much input you can provide during the initial stages, your availability with feedback, how soon the content is ready – all this affects the speed of completion.
The functionality needs may also play a role – more complex sites will take more time to develop. This is industry standard practice for most Web Design Companies
Yes! We love it when our clients take control of their website and learn to manage it on their own. We’ll provide you with a set of comprehensive video tutorials to help you learn your way around, as well provide you with a training session to help get you on your way. (Note: We love to answer your questions!)
In addition, if the task is too difficult, we are always here to help you improve your website
That totally depends on your website and content. For a fairly complex site with a lot of pages, WordPress is the better choice. It offers more tools, and more options. On the other hand, Weebly is super easy to use. It can be great for a smaller, simple site that you need to get up and running quickly.
Those also aren't your only options! Sites like Wix, Squarespace, and Joomla! can be great for setting up your blog or business site. For an e-commerce site, you might want to go with Shopify.
Yes. If you can add video content to your site, we definitely recommend it.
Videos provide a more entertaining, well-rounded experience for your visitors. It's the best way to get across a lot of information without boring, wordy paragraphs.
On top of that, video content can boost your inbound marketing. It drives consumers to your site and keeps them there longer. That's great for SEO!

Our Areas of Focus
Creative direction is the best way to provide fresh ideas, leadership, and thoughtful initiatives for our clients. We will help to create award-winning creative solutions and concepts that help you out in every aspect of business growth. Creative insights and guidance can help to strengthen your market distinction, deliver professional-quality results, and create an instant positive impact on the consumers who visit your site. User Interface Design
User interface design, or UI Design, is a totally digital creative practice. It takes into account all of the visual, interactive elements of a product interface. That includes buttons, icons, spacing, color schemes, and much more. The goal of creative user interface design is to visually guide the user through your website interface. We’ll use your brand’s best visual assets to create a clear, consistent, and visually pleasing interface. With great UI design, your interface should be intuitive, stress-free, and enjoyable!
User Experience Design
User experience design, or UX design, is how we develop and improve every aspect of user interaction with your company. In theory, this a totally non-digital practice, but it is used by a lot of digital industries. Unlike UI design, UX design isn’t about the visuals aspect. It ‘s all about the overall feel of the user experience — in other words, it’s about providing your users with the best possible interaction with your company.
Responsive Web Design
Ever wondered how websites can create intuitive displays that are usable on all devices — smart phones, laptops, and desktops? The answer is responsive web design. Using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), responsive web design experts can create an interface that will be clear on any screen, adjusting to various settings and styles. The viewport and media queries on a website are great examples of CSS functions created with responsive web design.
Building a website isn’t all about the visuals and intuitive design — in the end, the content is what your site is what matters most. The best copywriters will write engaging articles and blog posts in your company’s niche. Content is always 100% error-free, and written according to your company’s style guidelines. Part of the function of great creative direction is to create persuasive copy topics, manage multiple content projects at once, and offer insight on the best engaging content to business leaders.
Ever heard that old saying, “a picture is worth a thousand words”? It’s particularly true when it comes to great website design. The images on a website are usually the first thing a user notices, and set the tone for user experience right off the bat. Photography and visuals are how you connect with your users. If you want to catch visitors’ attention on your site and keep them engaged, good photography can make all the difference.
As important as photography is, videos on your site add another visual and engaging element. Videos use sound and voice to convey the true tone of your brand. They can let your user know what to expect from your website and company right away, instead of just wordy content or unclear visuals. Using video, combined with the other elements of intuitive web design, will make your site that much more captivating.
Automation on a website is how you create intuitive functions without relying on human effort and interaction. Forms, for example, can be automated to collect user information and provide immediate answers. Call tracking, visitor tracking, live chat services, and retargeting — marketing again to users who have already visited your site — are important automated functions that will save you time and make your site easier for visitors to use.
